Emergency travel documents can be issued to Senegalese nationals, without a passport, and willing to go back home.
Emergency travel document is delivered for only one trip.
It is issued only for the destination of Senegal and not any other destinations.
The issuance of such a document requires the submission of a file composed of:
- Formal request to fill (see attachment) ;
- 3 ID photos;
- Identification card as a proof of Senegalese nationality;
- Stamp/Receipt
