Kuwait
Colleges and Universities (tertiary institutions) can grant scholarships.
Colleges
The following documents must be submitted:
- Diploma of BFEM ;
- Summary of marks for grade 3ème ;
The documents must be certified by the Arab Division of the Ministry of National Education (MEN), authenticated by the Direction of Legal and Consular Affairs (DAJC) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad (MAESE) and approved by the Embassy of Kuwait in Dakar.
In case the Embassy of Kuwait in Dakar did not approve it, the file can still be sent to the Embassy of Senegal in Kuwait, for due consideration.
Other documents to submit:
- Certificate of Good Behavior (document in Arabic version, issued by a school frequented by the applicant);
- 4 blue background; ID photos;
- Copy of passport;
- Birth certificate ;
- Medical certificate ;
- Required age: 13 to 15 years old.
Universities (tertiary institutes)
- Diploma of BAC (not more than one year old);
- Summary of marks for grade 2nde -1ère and Terminal
The documents must be certified by the Arab Division of the Ministry of National Education (MEN), authenticated by the Direction of Legal and Consular Affairs (DAJC) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad (MAESE) and approved by the Embassy of Kuwait in Dakar.
In case the Embassy of Kuwait in Dakar did not approve it, the file can still be sent to the Embassy of Senegal in Kuwait, for due consideration.
If the bursary is granted, the Embassy of Senegal in Kuwait will deal with the equivalence of the diplomas.

Senegal
The applications for Government scholarships and aids are submitted online by logging in the following website: www.campusen.sn.
Those new regulations entered into effect as from the third week of September 2017.
As a result, no application will be accepted by the Ministry of Research and Innovation of Senegal in case other channels are used.
